Produced only with our 100% Italian organic honey and dried fruit grown in Italy using the typical traditional recipe. The product is made from honey, egg white and dried fruit. The wafers, thin enough not to affect the final flavour, are made with water, sunflower oil and potato starch. The main feature of this nougat is the absence of sugar, glucose syrup and candied fruits.
