Procedure

Inspection on Arrival: Upon receipt of the goods, please check the package carefully. It is essential to ensure that the package is perfectly sealed, intact and not damaged. Each package comes with an adhesive warranty seal to prevent unauthorised opening. In the event that the warranty seal is damaged or tampered with, we ask that you report it immediately to the courier, accepting the package with a specific reservation, stating where and how it was damaged. Otherwise, the package will be considered regularly delivered.
