Recommendations for use

Multiple uses in the kitchen: from tarts to cakes and biscuits, bread and savoury dishes. Thanks to its characteristics, it is an excellent pairing to enhance complex cheeses such as Roquefort, Provolone and Pecorino, various goat cheeses and Gorgonzola.

The animal

The Giant Panda is the symbol of endangered animals and of over 50 years of commitment by the WWF to species conservation. Human activity has led to a fragmentation and reduction of its habitat, compromising its survival.

Fewer than 2,000 individuals occur in the wild.

The plant

Robinia Pseudoacacia, commonly known as Black Locust or False Acacia, is a plant found in both shrub and tree forms. It can grow to 25 metres in height and is easily recognisable due to its typical white or cream flowers, which have a classic cluster shape. It is known in particular for its sweet and pleasant scent and it blossoms between April and May. Black locust is widespread in forests ranging from sea level to 1,000 metres in altitude.
