The Data Controller guarantees the security, confidentiality and protection of the personal data in its possession, at all stages of the processing. The data collected is used in compliance with current privacy legislation (GDPR 679/2016). Personal data can be brought to the attention of those authorised to process it and may be communicated to collaborators and/or other subjects with respect to whom communication is necessary for the provision of services, technical support of the IT/telematic services and server storage. The data provided by the user may be communicated to subjects for whom there is an obligation of communication pursuant to the law or a need for communication to assert a fair right of the owner before the competent bodies. There is no provision for the transfer of personal data collected to non-EU countries or to international organisations.
PURPOSE OF THE DATA PROCESSING
The computer systems and software procedures that regulate the operation of this site acquire browsing data.

- numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.);

GDPR 679/2016 grants the Data Subject certain rights:

- art. 16 – right to obtain the rectification of data;
- art. 17 – right to obtain the deletion of data and right to be forgotten;
- art. 18 – right to obtain restriction of processing;
- art. 20 – right to data portability to another controller;
- art. 21 – right to object to processing;
- art. 22 – right not to be subjected to automated processing;
- art. 7 – right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent granted prior to the withdrawal.
- art. 77 – Right to submit a complaint to the Supervisory Authority.

Our website caters to a general audience and does not offer any services specifically for children. If we become aware of a minor under the age of 14 providing their personal data without the permission of a parent or a guardian, we will delete such information immediately.
The User’s Personal Data may be used by the Data Controller for defence in court or in the preparatory stages of possible legal action, in
the event of abuse or violations committed by the User; following a summons, court order or other legal initiative; in order to establish or exercise the Data Controller’s legally recognised rights; for defence in the event of legal action against the Data Controller or for other purposes dictated by law.
